Booking & No-Show Policy

• Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• We can accommodate large groups up to 12 guests. For groups of 6 or more, we recommend giving a few days’ notice.

• For clients booking 5 or more sessions, a card on file is required. 25% of the total cost will be charged for any missed sessions without notice or same-day cancellations.

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to your appointment. We have a 5-minute grace period for all appointments. If you’ll be more than 5 minutes late, please call us as soon as possible, as we have other clients scheduled and may not be able to adjust your appointment.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be canceled and marked as a no-show. Missed appointments without notice will be recorded on your account, and future appointments will require full payment upfront to secure your booking.

Gift Certificate Policy

• Gift certificates can only be purchased in person or online.

• All gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates and we cannot look them up in our system.

Payments

• We gladly accept cash, major credit cards and debit cards for your convenience.
• A 3% surcharge fee will be added to all credit card transactions. This fee does not apply to cash or debit card payments.
