Yes! We offer 10% off for all military members and veterans as a thank-you for your service. We also offer 10% birthday discount during your birthday month! Bring your friends or family — everyone enjoys 10% OFF!
What hair types can receive a scalp spa treatment?
Our scalp spa treatments are suitable for all hair types. We recommend removing hair extensions prior to your service however, we are still able to perform the treatment with extensions if needed. Please note that we do not recommend scalp spa treatments for vivid hair colors such as pink, blue, purple or green, as the products may cause fading.
Should I arrive with clean or dirty hair for a scalp spa treatment?
No need to wash your hair beforehand. We actually recommend arriving with unwashed hair. We’ll gently comb and wash your hair for you as part of the service. We love dirty hair!
Is hair drying included in the scalp spa treatment?
Yes! A blow dry is included and completed within your scheduled service time.
What amenities do you offer?
We provide a complimentary shower in our restrooms, fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Please note that the sauna is a separate service and is not included with other treatments.
Do you have a bathtub?
No, we do not have bathtubs. We offer private infrared sauna rooms.
What type of sauna do you have?
We have private infrared sauna rooms with red light therapy. Benefits include anti-aging support, improved metabolism, bacteria reduction, better sleep and detoxification.
Do you offer facials?
Not at the moment, but facials are coming very soon. Stay tuned for updates.
How many people can you accommodate at the same time?
We can accommodate groups of up to 15 guests. For groups larger than 6, we kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible to ensure availability.
Is your spa a chain?
No, we are a single-location spa, locally owned and operated.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, we do accept walk-ins. Availability depends on whether a therapist is available at the time of your visit.
What days and hours are you open?
We are open 7 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
How far in advance should I book?
Appointments book up quickly, especially on weekends. We recommend booking at least a few days in advance to secure your preferred time.
Do you offer alcoholic drinks?
At this time, we do not serve alcoholic beverages. We offer water, soda, sparkling water and coconut water.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Do you sell memberships?
Yes! We offer a membership program where you can add $500 or more to your account and receive 10% off all services.
